Carol, who scheduled, was personable and understanding! She was like calling a friend. Courtney saved the day. I didn't tell her I needed to run back to work immediately after the imaging but she must have felt my urgency. She moved through the process quicker than anyone and all the while maintaining pleasantness and friendly availability if I had questions. It meant a lot that she gave the steps verbally and calmly right before each part. Best experience I've had with OIC! At the front desk I had to ask if I missed being called since I had to dash to the restroom for my phone I had left. She immediately helped me. Everything was wonderful!

The person placing my IV was stellar. She took her time and as a result was painless and smooth procedure.

Overall, my MRI experience was far better than I had anticipated. I am claustrophobic, and I had previously talked with the supervisor who was present and stayed in the MRI room with me during the entire scan. The MRI technician was excellent. Both were very patient with me and very helpful. I do not think I could have made it through the scan without both of them. There were several things in particular that made my experience successful first. My request for going in feet first was honored and the atmosphere in the room was pleasant with a picture of sky and trees overhead. Second, my request to have my head slightly elevated was also honored. I have postnasal drip so when I lie on my back, I feel like I am drowning. I did take Benadryl prior to the exam and that was helpful in addition to Xanax for my anxiety. The music that I requested was played. I was also given glasses with mirrors, which allowed me to see down toward my feet and out the tube so I saw Iwas not trapped.

I loved my experience! the lady at the desk was so sweet - warm and welcoming - felt so cared for. Also the med tech ladies were kind and helpful - i came away happier than when i arrived. thank you

My husband came with me and sat in the waiting room during my procedure. I even talked to one of the receptionists about where he should wait. While I was having my procedure he was being harassed. He was asked why he was there. He told them he was waiting. Then they wanted to know exactly who he was waiting for. Another patient that was waiting for their procedure came to his defense. He was literally on his phone waiting for me. She told the staff member that she didn't care for men and he was fine. He was literally sitting there texting me while I had to wait for them to try and fix the MRI machine. He was sitting where the receptionist said he could to wait for me. It was ridiculous. Just because he's a big man doesn't mean he should be harassed or discriminated against.

I was on, squished, and out in under 15 minutes. Love the more gentle machine too. Thanks

Was early for the appointment at 5:15 pm , register on the computer after following instructions and did what it was required , sent me to sit until called . 5:45 pm still not call . Found out your machines do not do the job . Alerted the receptionist and said I did not register. I was taking immediately after that.

I went to the wrong location RiverBend on accident and they checked right away to see if they could get me in.’they had a cancellation and were able to. Front desk and staff that did my MRI were all amazing!!

While waiting for my ultra sound the classical music playing reminded me of funeral music. It was not soothing, but made me more nervous.

Wonderful environment, kind staff and technician was very understanding of my left rotator cuff hurting.

My whole experience was exceptional! I started to sign in and right away the lady at the desk immediately offered to sign me in. Whew!! At 7 AM the waiting room was quite full. I waited about 4 minutes and was called in. The lady was very polite, kind and proficient, and I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name. My appointment was 7:15, I checked in at 7:05 and was back n my car at 7:16!!! Amazing!

The appointment and staff were wonderful. Only downside was trying to get ahold of anyone to get an appointment. It took a month. Sitting on hold until it cuts you off or asking for a call back and never getting one.

Wet kind and thorough staff

My Technician Jack was excellent and supportive through out the entire process. As well the rest of my team on staff that was doing my MRI. I had a face mask MRI so I felt at some points confused, overwhelmed, and I don't know if they knew of my history seizures, but I did have a couple of similar partial compound seizures during my MRI, and that altered my results of test because patient was not holding still. I All great crew. Great staff.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The tech was dismissive, made me change in front of her in the room. When I asked if I could use the dressing room like I have in the past (from previous mammograms) I was told that is not an option and I just needed to change in the room because she had a curtain she could stand behind. Mammograms are not fun and to have my dignity degraded by eliminating a place for me to change my clothes in privacy was extremely disappointing to me. Shame on you Oregon Imaging!!

Oregon Imaging is the only place in town where you can get in within a decent timeframe and be treated 100% like the staff cares about you. Very very good experience every time I have been there. Quite different than Peace Health.

It s confusing to find offices coming in from parking garage. Several people were going up and down either trying to find their garage level or the office they had an appointment in. I finally found a very small print directory on the wall of the elevator. Hard to read when full of people. Simple Signage big enough to see would be helpful.

I had a student ultrasound tech working on me. I wasn't expecting to have a student, and I was told day of that I would have a student and not asked if I was comfortable with that. I had my husband and daughter waiting for me in the car, and the apparent took much longer because the student needed extra time to be guided by training technician. I understand the importance of training, but I did not enjoy the experience tbh.

So nice to just go to exam room and not have extra step of having locker and additional waiting room.

Although the tech came back and reported no large mass, she said there were several swollen lymph nodes. The report from Dr Sim did not mention the swollen lymph node des. It states to family history No comment was made regarding patient lifetime risk or average length de this time risk!!! I had breast cancer in 2001, with 2 lumpectomies, chemo, radiation and multiple biopsies after. I finally requested a double mastectomy but the plastic surgeon who assisted left extra tissue for reconstruction. In 2020 I has endometrial cancer with a hysterectomy and radiation. My current issues started in Dec 2023, with increasing symptoms that I finally got an ultrasound done..: and the doc decided swollen lymph nodes don’t even need to be mentioned??? Just keep plating and having mammograms… with a double mastectomy!!’nn outrageous!

It's frustrating that OIC refuses to use patients' preferred names and it makes for an extremely uncomfortable experience for those who wish to not be called by their dead name. The rest of the hospital uses preferred names, why can't OIC?

She was rude when I expressed a concern about not squishing my breasts too hard. She said I am the expert and I will do it my way. She wast training a girl and no one would want to be talked to like she did me. Harsh, no concern for my fears from past experience. I told her I wanted to leave and she just said get over here and did things her way. No smiles Bo smiles just rude I hope the person she was training won’t be like her. She needs training.
