The service itself is good, but the wait times seriously detract. I have waited over 30” past my appointment time in the waiting room before, and I’ve also been taking in immediately and then made to wait in the actual room 45” between the intake person leaving and the ortho coming in to see me. People who have jobs to get to or kids to pick up, I would maybe find somewhere with more reasonable wait times. If you have the time to kill, then you’ll probably like the care just fine. Doctor and staff are helpful and friendly other than the wait times. May be a staffing issue, might be worth hiring more people!

Great! Big thank you to everyone on the 8am slot on Monday, I haven’t gone in for a bone related appointment like this before and felt very comfortable. They even took time to figure out my hair and that really brightened everything up too

My daughter has an ankle injury so we visited Ortho OIC. The doctor and staffs are very knowledgeable and professional as well as kind. The X-ray machine is very good and clear. We love the Office environment too. Thank you for your help for my daughter!!
