I was with two therapists and the first one was very rushed. Not great for my first appointment.
Excellent assessment, listening, follow up scheduling & home exercises provided. Very grateful I chose to go there for PT.
This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. There was confusion with my appointments, which caused me to reschedule, then they changed the time and location. Once I was there I was treated poorly by staff. Made to feel like I was stupid, and only reluctantly offered help. I left the appointment in tears.
The Pt I had at the surgery center, after my total joint replacement seemed indifferent and rushed theu my consultation. Didn’t even ask me any questions.
