He is extremely thorough and helped me with my recovery.
I can’t say enough great things about Tim. After tearing my bicep tendon, I was worried about pain, weakness, and whether I’d ever get back to normal. From the start, Tim was knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Tim created a plan that challenged me at the right pace while always making sure I understood each exercise and movement. Every session felt purposeful, and Tim helped me rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in my arm. He was patient when recovery felt slow and motivating when I needed the extra push. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and support, I’ve made incredible progress and feel much stronger than I expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery—especially something as intimidating as a torn bicep tendon.
