I seem to progress in a quick manner, maybe because she makes sure my moves are correct but not strenuous. She praises my progress and that’s always encouraging.
Stephanie has been amazing with our 10 year old. Our daughter was terrified after the trauma she had been through and after her first visit with Stephanie those fears melted away. She is super knowledgeable and it’s obvious she is an expert in her field. We are grateful we found her!
Always encouraging. I’m relaxed with her and my strength in my shoulder got stronger so fast it seemed! I did all she told me to do at home, then she watched my form to make sure I was doing them right. I have given her name to anyone who needs something!
