Shelley was very personable and pleasant. She seemed to be very proficient at her profession, as I had asked a few questions.
She was very nice, but told me there was nothing she could do to help me. It was disappointing given how long I have waited and how far I drove (with two babies in my car!) to meet with her.
She was wonderful - very knowledgeable - and very patient to get it right - a very caring person a real asset to your organization.
She is very personable.
