Melissa was outstanding! She discussed everything with me and explained all the procedures as she was working on my dislocated finger. She practiced all the exercises with me until I was confident I could repeat them. She gave me printed illustrations and drew in exactly how my hand should look when I was exercising. She is very skilled and also very pleasant, and she spent all the time I needed with me. Very highly recommended!
