Very professional. Laura was great at tweaking my splint here and there. She was reassuring and clear with instructions.
Laura was very nice, patient and thorough. She always made sure that the exercises were never too painful nor pushed you too far. Laura was always positive and gave positive reinforcement when the initial sessions were a bit more painful after having two separate surgeries one hand and being in a cast for several weeks. She explained the exercises to do at home and did them with me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing OT!!
