Lara was very gentle and professional
I was in great discomfort and called the clinic for help. They worked me in the same day. Lara could have seen me as someone who added to her workload, but she treated me with kindness and gave me relief. Also, a shout out to Danielle, I hope I spelled that right. She took my call and found a way to get me in.
