Katie's awesome, explained how all exercises would contribute to healing and gain motion. Saw Dr Allesandro today and said I am way ahead of schedule and I know this was because of Katie!
Katie and the whole Excel team were great. They were able to get me onboarded very quickly and had early morning appointments to which was convenient based on my work schedule. The exercises got mobility and strength back pretty quickly based on my injury.
