Ellen was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment she assisted me with making a custom splint for my finger, she was kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my injury, how the splint would help, and how to care for it properly. Her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel confident and well cared for.
