Clay helped me calm the inflammation of a torn distal bicep tendon and work to regain the strength in my arm and in my hand. He is very patient and explained the exercises and how the exercise builds strength. He also helped me formulate a plan for home exercise of that arm. Very positive experience with Clay at Southeast PT. So happy now, my arm is much better and I'm able to start lift weights again!
