Very personable and informative. Really made me comfortable. Like her very much. Plus, she squeezed me in so I could get taken care of before I left the office and gave me great advice to care for my brace.

Very knowledgeable and friendly and thorough

I have never felt so uncomfortable! The woman that did my surgery told me she wanted a custom brace made for me after having a prc. I have lots of swelling which was why she wanted this. When I told Bethany she proceeded to argue with me that I was incorrect. This made me feel extremely disrespected. She proceeded to request speaking to my surgeon. She then argued with her in front of me (extremely unprofessional. The impression I got was, I was an inconvenience and she just didn’t want to do it. She continuously repeated that the brace would take awhile to do which is what gave me this impression. She finally took me to make my hard cast brace. She applied an extreme amount of pressure causing so much discomfort and pain. No empathy nor care about how I felt in the moment. After I was done I had to get sleeves to wear under the brace. Due to this I will be requesting a different occupational therapist that cares and wants to genuinely wants to help me throughout my recovery journey.

Very thorough in her explanation in language non medical people can understand.

So caring and had this brace made very quickly.
