Amanda was very informative about how to use exercises to strengthen the muscles in my wrist that have been damaged. She was very caring & her exercises seemed to help relieve the pain in my left wrist, if only for a short time. I’d rather do PT than getting a steroid shot in my wrist every 6 wks!!
