My daughter was so scared of getting her blood drawn but the nurse did such a great job in making her feel comfortable and safe. We left with no tears or pain!!!
She is the sweetest and my kids love her. She somehow always remembers them too ◡̈ we barely get any tears for blood draws & shots…truly the best nurse.

they gave me this rating thing to do before they even came to the room for the nurse visit. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and no one’s come. They expect you to be on time and come early and then make you wait for long periods of time. might as well just make you have the appointment for the next time.
Our nurse was excellent she was so great at calming my kid during her shots and explaining everything. Very kind and caring.
