Great
they gave me this rating thing to do before they even came to the room for the nurse visit. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and no one’s come. They expect you to be on time and come early and then make you wait for long periods of time. might as well just make you have the appointment for the next time.
Our nurse was excellent she was so great at calming my kid during her shots and explaining everything. Very kind and caring.
