On 11/18/2025 l went to Innovista clinic on westhiemer and dairyashford and Dr. Zhu Delcid examined me and asked me a series of formal questions. Dr. Delcid unfortunately didn't pay attention to my explanation about the pain I was having and didn't even look at me when l was talking about my pain and was always focused on her laptop.l told her that both of my arms hurt and l could not even lift light objects and when l was showing her how difficult it was for me to lift objects she didn't pay attention to me at all.l asked the receptionist to see another doctor next time because this doctor didn't do anything to improve my cobdition. This behavior disappointed and affected me.
