She seemed in a rush and said I declined tests when I had asked them what would be the extra cost and then she still didn’t ask if I wanted them done just said she prescribed something already and to go to the ER if I felt too bad.

The PA takes her time listening your needs but the waiting time was extremely long even to wait for the assistant to come back with the labs orders I had to go to the front desk to asked for them. Other then that the employees were really friendly

I had a video chat appointment with DR Zhu , she was punctual , and very friendly she answered all my questions and submitted my requests for referrals That I needed and submitted them as soon as I hanged up with her , very professional and fast service also she educated me it will take 14 days and I can check the status online under my account and advised me to come to her office for the annual check up she even sent me the link to do it my own so I don’t feel pressured an advised me with instructions about the visit to be fasting ..etc , also she advised me that the office has renovations going on so next week I can come very informative and patient thank you Dr zhu , and I will see you soon 😊🤝
