Conversation was choppy until I complained that I couldn't understand most of what she was saying. I know that she was trying to type and talk at the same time, but it was next to impossible to understand what was being said. She seemed very knowledgeable and learned, but the only thing that she could keep repeating was colonoscopy. I made it quite clear that my symptoms did not start until very recently and I have subsided after my hospitalization. I do not need an expensive colonoscopy. No doubt that she can diagnose and treat people via teleweb, but this experience was not for me.
