She talks way too fast. Interiors with answers to questions before you finish asking them. I feel like she isn’t really concerned about the problem just getting past the visit

This is the first medical professional I have ever had (39yo) who I've felt actually wants me to feel better and figure out what's happening. She is the first person to treat me like I matter and not give up when the first thing we tried wasn't the issue. Cannot say enough positive things.

When I visited the office for my last appointment they gave me a several page form to fill out pertaining to personal information and medical history, I began to fill out the form when called into an exam room, I tried filling that out but kept getting interrupted for Blood Pressure check and questions from the Medical Assistant, I tried filling out the form again and then I was taken to a receptionist desk to make an appointment for a Colonoscopy which took ridiculous amount of time. By the time this was over I just gave what I filled out to the front desk and left. You really shouldn't thrust lengthy paperwork at us and then immediately take us to the back thus giving us little time to fill all that out....I really do not want to be in the doctors office any longer than necessary, Your fast track idea is way over the top.

This clinician asked lots of questions, listened, asked appropriate follow-up questions and explained her recommendations well.

Zara is great. However on my last visit they were running an hour behind. It would have been very helpful if someone had taken the time to communicate. I had another dr appointment and was anxious as others were being taken back and I wondered if my chart was misplace but knowing they could be seeing another provider. An hour behind with no communication is not appropriate. A simple we are behind but will get with you as soon as possible would have been stress relieving.

She seems like she cares, but she doesn't seem like she wants to actually listen to the whole story of what's happening. If you can't remember what tests you've had me do, you definitely can't sit there and say that I didn't mention a certain symptom everytime I've come in.

Finally, a provider that actually listens to concerns and wants to help figure out how to make you better!!! After terrible service at another doctor in town, this was such a welcome change!! I’m so happy we have made the switch to this office!!!

NP Zahra Harrison was nice however the time spent with her was very rushed. I also did not get food sensitivity testing done even though I wanted to because she said she’d test me for “some food allergies” and might refer me to an allergist based on the results.
