Yukiko Bowdoin, NP

Yukiko Bowdoin, NP, is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at HealthyU. She previously practiced with Saint Vincent Medical Group and joined HealthyU after the practice was acquired. Yuki has extensive experience providing primary and urgent care services for adults with complex health needs.

Her background includes working in a long-term care facility specializing in individuals with developmental disabilities and multiple comorbidities, where she developed a strong skill set in managing a wide spectrum of chronic and acute medical conditions. These include chronic diseases such as diabetes and chronic heart failure; neurological disorders including epilepsy and dementia; and acute issues like pneumonia and mental status changes.

During her tenure in long-term care, Yuki served as a key liaison between specialists and guardians, ensuring clear communication and coordinated care. This experience strengthened her ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, advocate for patient needs, and deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

As a primary care outpatient provider, Yuki brings deep expertise in chronic disease management, urgent care, and compassionate, outcomes-focused healthcare. She is committed to improving quality of life for her patients and is excited to bring her skills and dedication to the HealthyU team.
