Yajaira notifies the receptionist, who is aware of scheduling my future appointments when I check out. My experience with Yajaira Cervantes is always positive.

Friendly and understanding as swell as helpful

Dr Cervantes has handled my care off and on for years. Her opinion and guidance with my health is respected. Her bedside manner, knowledge and overall care is exactly what I have been looking for.

First time Visit with Yajaira. I had a virtual visit to discuss lab results. I also mentioned to her that I needed to bring FMLA paperwork for my job protection because I experience headaches/migraines very often due to stress/anxiety, and alergies. I let her know that I have been with my job for over 17 years and have had FMLA with my current job and previous jobs with the same physician and then he stopped doing all paperwork for all patients which is why I decided to get another doctor and was advised that it was something your office did do. However when I tried speaking with her about it she basically said she wasn’t going agree to fill it out without a form of treatment and there was no way she was going to approve what I have had in the past as far as time approved For my illness. I did let her know that I was seeing A psychologist as well as a psychiatrist for stress and anxiety. And that I have had CAT scans for the headaches and wasn’t sure what she meant by treatment.

I would never refer her to anyone I left that appointment feeling worse then when I went in. 1stvoff she didnt even read my history before hand because she kept asking questions that is in ny chart then leaving the room and saying let me go read the notes the doctor put She absolutely no compassion for someone who is still grieving her father that died in front of them abruptly I might add. I hate taking medication & finally when I got the courage to say maybe I might need something. She acted as though I wanted them just to take for fun told me they are very addictive & I might harm myself. I advised her that I take thc gummies once in a while so I have might have thc in my system. The judgemental look she gave me was horrible. Then I thought about I hadn't eaten a Gummi in a long while so I was probably clean but her energy was horrible.I also told her I can afford to come back for a visit in 2 weeks cause I have No money. I was being honest with her and she got more bothered by that
