The five stars are not enough stars to let you know how we feel about her first and foremost she is very professional she handles protocol and she knows how to be a people person and put people first and she made me feel like she understood me and listen to me even though I was going rambling on and nervous further everyone wants to feel important and with the way that she focused in me and her body language and her beautiful caring compassionate vibe that she sends off there was no doubt that she's one of the best nurse practitioners we've ever had if her positive attitude and good energy then her ability to take the nervousness out of the back pain and arthritis by offering suggestions and options we feel that this is the place we want to recommend our friends and family and people at Michigan State University and all I can say is Viva La Victoria on this Mardi gras day very appropriate feel so much at ease now she really really cares i please let her know we think she's great

Victoria was very thorough during my appointment. She is extremely kind and has such a positive attitude.
