For something that's really painful to b done if u dont have the right person! She is ALL RIGHT!!! She has calming techniques that helps when she puts the catheter in. And also has ideas to keep that thing from roaming free coz with a cath for some people it hurts when u let it run free! Other people I'd be sore for a week and a half. Her, the next day, thats it! She is so gentle! Let's admit most people that insert catheters do not care!
I went to their " lab" I will never do hat again! Victoria Flick really cares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a hard case. I have fibro, so everything is amplified with my nerve endings, with that I feel pain down there that other people don't feel. With that she works with me on the pain. She helps me with my breathing taking it out, and putting the new catheter in. She is so gentle, which is a must be with me right now, in a fibro flare.sheakes sure if I have questions and needs, they are dealt with immediately. This lady, if u r in a lot of pain, she is the one to go to. She does not put stuff off, she also listens to everything u have to say, she doesn't bow off ur concerns like other dr's. do. I just say enough really. I've gone to the labs before, and u feel like the people that change paths, they get so use to what they r doing, they don't consider the patients concerns, and she does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She considers everything with every visit!!!!!!!!!
