After several visits discussing the main source of my health problem, today Vistor Paquin did not even mention that part of my body. I had to ask and after asking he said he didn't request the MRI even look at that part of my body I have told him in several visits is the part causing me pain. He also had me wait 30 minutes past my wait time, didn't apologize and wasn't prepared to tell me how the recent imaging compared to the prior imaging for any update on the area he chose to request the MRI for. He was also late and made me wait several minutes my last visit and seemed rushed to get out. Most of my visits with him I've repeated the exact same problems and symptoms.

Victor is always open to a conversation about alternative treatment, because I am stubborn.. He listens to my concerns, he asked what makes my issue feel better or worse, and never makes me feel rushed during my appts and offers options for treatment based on my comfort level. I am in the healthcare field and truly appreciate his level of care and compassion.
