When I go to a doctor’s office because I’m having a medical issue, I should not be smarter than the provider! I had come in because I had gained 20 pounds in less than a month, have pitted edema, high blood pressure,and have been, nauseous.I explained to her that I was concerned, it was either cardiac or kidney related. She told me that it was possible I had the flu or Covid!! I’m sorry, but even if I did have the flu or Covid pitted edema, 20 pound weight gain, high blood pressure, etc. are not signs of the flu or Covid!! I feel like this was ignorance on her part and I even tried to discuss it with her several times that I was concerned I was having a kidney issue or a cardiac issue. Not only will I absolutely never see her again, I have already told several people that use this practice to make absolutely sure they’re not scheduled with her. I think Dr. Bhatt should be made aware of this since Venus works under his medical license.
