I have been seeing Velma Parris for years now. She is so thorough, and answers any questions you might have. I have total confidence in her abilities to take care of all my medical needs.

I arrived for my six month follow up appointment after having been given four days notice that my regular physician had suddenly retired. I was able to come in on my scheduled appointment day, and found Velma to be pleasant and thorough in her exam, but rushed because I suspect with two doctors leaving at the same time and nobody getting ample notification, the patient load is rather heavy. Unfortunately, she did not tell me that she would not be able to refill one of my prescriptions until the end of the appointment and told me that the only physician in the facility refused to write these prescriptions despite never having seen my record or need.
