Tracy was wonderful. Very patient with me and my laundry list of things I was hoping to talk with her about. Also very thorough with my 14yr old daughter dealing with horrible non-stop periods.
Tracy recommended some great treatment options for both my 57yr old post breast cancer, menopausal self and my teenage daughter. Looking forward to follow ups in a few months. But more so looking forward to getting back to feeling like myself again!

Tracy Rasmussen, FNP-BC, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from CU Boulder in 1995, knowing she wanted to pursue a nursing degree. She graduated from Regis University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1998. Most of her nursing career was spent in labor and delivery at Rose Medical Center, including as Manager of the Labor and Delivery Unit. In 2013, she realized it was time to branch out into other areas of nursing and settled as a school nurse in the Cherry Creek School District, where she stayed for 5 years.
While working as a school nurse, Tracy started to pursue a master’s degree at Regis University and realized her calling was to be a Family Nurse Practitioner, as she had dreamed of her entire childhood. She graduated from Regis with a master’s in nursing in 2023.
Although Tracy loves women’s and children’s health, she adores caring for the entire family. As a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, she can provide care for the entire family, mind, and body. Her goal is to help patients understand the connection between how their mind affects their body and how their body affects their mind. She strives to work together with her patients to navigate their health through education and guidance. Tracy’s happy place is being with her patients!
In Tracy’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and family and is looking forward to many upcoming family adventures. She loves to read, walk her dogs, and spend time with friends.
