Excellent and answered all our questions and concerns.

Very patient with my concerns and questions. She also called me directly about 20 minutes after I left the office with additional information on something we spoke about in person. I was impressed that with as busy as it was, she spent even more time on me after I left and called me herself to give me info that connected some dots and put me at ease. It was something that could have been delegated or put off until another time, but it was timely and personal.
