Nikki Morgan, APRN-C was born and raised in the upstate, but moved away in 2003 to Alaska after marrying her husband. They lived in Alaska for 6 years, where she was able to attend and graduate from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2006 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She and her husband then relocated to Atlanta, GA, in 2008 where she pursued her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Emory University. She worked as a step-down ICU nurse at Emory full time while attending Emory University. Nikki has also been certified in advanced cardiac life support, basic life support, and with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

After Nikki’s first child was born in 2013, she and her husband decided to move back to the Upstate to be closer to family. They now have 2 beautiful children. Nikki states she loves being a nurse practitioner and loves working with Gastroenterology Associates. She believes that it is important to treat each patient as if they were a member of her own family.
