Positive and friendly

Tiffany learned of my heartbeats sine I went in for a carotid test and she had them contact me since I was finished to come back. She had a few moments and did not want me worrying and waiting until my next appointment. She gave me scripts for bloodwork, had a tech do an EKG at the time and recommended my wearing a heart monitor. She is an excellent nurse and a very special person. She cares. She is the best in my humble opinion. I observed her with other staff and again she is very encouraging, warm and willing to listen before providing feedback. Tiffany is a blessing and a positive factor in this practice. I also appreciated how she shared that if and when she learned of my carotid test results she’d be intouch!!!

Tiffany is awesome. She listens well, asks questions, provides facts/responses to my questions and the entire time she shares her kindness, her caring and her positive attitude. It’s scary when talking one’s health and especially when dealing with cardiac issues but Tiffany puts one at ease. She encourages one’s progress, one’s attempts at improving diet, exercise, etc. When leaving I felt like I wanted to continue working on improving my health choices in all areas and this was in large part to Tiffany. I’m blessed she’s part of my team and I hope Cardiology Consultants recognize and acknowledge this young woman. Thank you Tiffany.
