I was told in my reminder email, reminder text, and in the in person over the phone reminder call to show up at 12:45. Not only is the office closed for lunch from 12 to one, but the office didn’t end up opening until 1:05. The front desk girl was not competent at her job. Everyone else I would give five out of five stars.
Listened to what I said new right away what would help me. Kind and great bedsidemanner. Would highly recommend
