I decided to do the appointment because I was told the follow up was in regards to a hiatal hernia and that's why I took the appointment. But once I got there I was asked "what are we seeing you for" which made no sense. And I would say I'm not happy with my provider. When I mentioned i was having stomach issues for the past 7 days she just brushed it off and didn't feel any tests needed, and said maybe my symptoms will subside 3 to 4 weeks, and if it doesn't reschedule again. So I wasn't really happy with her demeanor nor do I have a interest in going to her again. It was a complete waste of time and co-pay.

From the beginning it was evident that this NP was uninterested in anything I had to say. She refused to even look at the referral or test results I brought with me. After about ten minutes she left the room and I knew I would never hear from her again.

This is my second time seeing Theresa. She is not very personable and doesn’t provide information, or explanation unless you probe. When you ask questions she makes comments such as “well how much do you want to know”. Rather than providing explanations etc. I would rather see Dr. Villa Adams who has a far more engaging and helpful personality.
