Thea is an excellent provider of care. She is compassionate, genuine, and always makes me feel welcome. She has a thoughtful way of finding something sincere to compliment, which puts me at ease right away.
She is efficient yet careful and gentle when examining my joints. What I appreciate most is that she reads my face as well as my words, something that matters a great deal because of my slowed processing. She never rushes me and truly listens. Very happy with Thea on my care team. Thank you!
