I love coming to see her, I’m more comfortable with her than with the doctor. She always takes the time and talk to me about the state of the disease and what we can do to get things better.

As always I had a great office visit with Thea. She greets with a smile and sets me at ease to discuss my treatments. Thea embodies the best of a nurse and doctor rolled into one. She is so helpful with new ideas along with standard medical practice and I always walk out feeling that things are going to be ok.

Thea was late to the appointment. I felt like she rushed me the whole time. I was unable to ask my list of questions because I felt like I was a burden and she was ready to move on to the next patient. She only spent 3-5 minutes with me. I don't understand how this company can charge my insurance over $250 when the medical provider spent 5 minutes or less with me. It's very hard to get in contact with the medical provider. I don't like having a call service answer the phone. Overall disappointed with the decline of this company and the lack of quality of care they do not provide.

She takes time to listen and is always interested in my well being and how my RA is progressing. Even if something is minor she would rather explore medical possibilities instead of ignore them.
