Ms.Thaila Keodouangdy is an amazing provider ! She is very compassionate about serving her clients! If there are any questions or concerns that I may have , she is always willing to answer and address my concerns. She is very patient and empathetic . Excellent dr. Caring
She did not come in the room to introduce herself. She also sent message by the nurse she could not see me for a TB Test and a sinus infection it was one or the other. That is not what I was told at the front desk. I would not ever come back if that is who I had to see. Very unprofessional and didn’t care who I was nor did she care to speak to me. Poor manners
She is very sweet she cares about her patients she don't rush the her time and she listen to what you have to say
