For the first time since I had my heart attack in April, I am not frightened. Terri put me at ease and mapped out a plan I understand and trust. Thank you
Terri was great! This was going to be my last visit to MCI, until I saw her today. I’ve been trying to get in for appointments and every time I call, it’s 2 months out. They sent me for blood work 2 weeks ago, for an appointment today. While waiting to get into MCI, I had a stroke on 7/1. You guys really need to work on getting patients in sooner
Terri Colby was exceptional. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was very compassionate and professional throughout my visit. I truly appreciated how attentive and caring she was. I highly recommend Terri to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and kind healthcare provider.
