Today was my first visit and I felt comfortable. Dr. Walker listened and I felt heard. She’s very warm and personable. I felt like I was talking to someone who understood my pain and frustration and cared. It can be scary to put your future in others hands especially when surgery is at hand for a possible 3rd time but I felt comfortable with every staff member I encountered today.
