Taylre was great! She listened to me about how I was feeling in regard to the pain and me worrying about the road to recovery. She made me feel at ease and fully explained next steps until I fully understood the roadmap. That was something I didn't receive from my previous visit and staff encounters.

The appointment was fine but a referral was needed that she didn’t complete and the doctor that she provided for my issue apparently doesn’t take patients with my issue. I need to see a different specialist. Still haven’t gotten a response from anyone after leaving multiple messages.

Taylre is very professional and knew what she was talking about. One thing she could do to help improve the patient's understanding is have a list of things to remember. Do's & Don'ts prior to sx and following the procedure. I had questions and the nurse aide returned my call. She was abrupt and felt bothered that I had called.

She had referred me to physical therapy, which was helping, but in the meantime I had a new development, and she instantly understood and was a great encouragement to me on how to proceed with a PT specialist that I didn’t know even existed.
