Taylor Clark, NP is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining Latitude Food Allergy Care in 2023, Taylor provided pediatric primary care in the New York area for more than a decade. Her clinical background also includes time at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
In her role providing care for Latitude families in our Manhattan clinic on the Upper East Side, Taylor uses her professional experience in addition to her personal knowledge of previously navigating food allergies with one of her own children.
