Tanesha is very different from Dr Zelnak. Patients have to know what questions to ask to get any answers from her. I’m sure she could be great, but I never feel confident after leaving appointments with her.

Not much help with Questions. Shows little interest. In and out. This picture is only time I have seen her smile. Its more of a sign in, just to get my shot.

She explained everything and listened to me and answered my questions

She did not introduce herself when she came in. She came in a set at the computer without speaking or introducing herself to me. This was my first time seeing her. That set the tone of her being an interested in me, or at least that’s how it made me feel. After I asked her who she was, it was when she told me her name. And she apologized; said she thought she had seen me before. It’s important for me to understand the staff cares about their patients. She proceeded to answer my questions, she asked me a few questions, and that conceded the appointment. I did ask her about testing for a spot that was seen in a couple of different places about nine months prior. She suggested I wait until it’s a little closer to my next six months visit. She did ask me about my medication and that was about it.

No matter how busy she is, she’s always prompt for her appointments
