She is wonderful and takes care of my needs

Tai Morrell deserves 10 stars for her excellent care of her patients.

I adore Tai and respect her as a physician. I cant begin to understand the magnitude of her schedule and the demands on her every day. I do wish she and her team could work on improving time management. When I or my boyfriend have an appt with her, we generally have to wait 45-60 minutes to see her. One of the things I love about her is that she is thorough and asks all the questions. That results in accurate tests and questions, but the waiting as a patient is very frustrating. Maybe find a way to block out more time for each patient so it wont be as difficult to stay on time with the appointments. It would be fewer patients for the day, but it would allow more time to do what she needs to do.

In a heath care system that values quantity over quality, it’s refreshing to know Tai understands the importance of making time to ask important questions! I’ve never had such a conscientious and thorough Primary Care NP. We need more like her!

I was there for a UTI and she started talking about my diet, obesity and the drugs I could take , some that could cost $1300 per month. Then suddenly she jumped up and said she had a bad day and immediately exited the room. I could understand if she had a personal issue, but don’t reflect that to your patients.

Serious Hipaa concerns with this visit. She entered the room with bloodwork and showed it to me on the computer screen telling me I had elevated liver enzymes and I said I have not had any new bloodwork. She said oh this isn’t yours, you don’t have diabetes. I looked away so I wouldn’t see the name on screen. She called Casey back in and said this isn’t her bloodwork. I was presenting with acute stress however she did not go through a menopause symptom checklist with me. She focused on my saying that I have family stress. I did not feel comfortable giving her the details and there is really no need to. I talked about acute work stress, absent mindedness at times, night sweats and lack of sleep, breakthrough anxiety. I had actually brought up the PHQ 9 with Casey the nurse, and discussed how menopause was kind of playing out in that. Tai did not review the phq 9 with me. She ended appointment saying this is not menopause this is something else. concerns with the call she gave me after

I was never given an antibiotic for an ear infection went to the med check and they gave me an antibiotic.
