Stephanie Richmond, APRN, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Diabetes Manager at the High Risk Pregnancy Center. Her passion for women’s health was ignited during her first clinical rotation in nursing school, where witnessing the strength of women during delivery inspired her to dedicate her career to supporting mothers through every stage of pregnancy.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercer University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She began her professional journey in 2015 as a labor and delivery nurse, gaining invaluable bedside experience before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2019. Since joining HRPC, she has been a key leader in coordinating specialized care for patients with complex diabetic needs.
Stephanie holds dual board certifications as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) and a Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Manager (BC-ADM). Her background in labor and delivery allows her to provide a comprehensive perspective on how diabetes affects the entire birthing process.
Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys the beauty of the outdoors and values spending quality time with her growing family. She is committed to making every patient feel supported, empowered, and confident throughout their high-risk pregnancy journey.
