Very informative. Concisely took the time to explain the nature of the visit and future options. Very pleased.

Stephanie has such a caring and fun personality and she answered all my questions and even laughed at some of my pathetic humor. But I really appreciated her expertise and her ability to explain things simplistic which allowed me to ask more complicated questions. She’s got a good heart and you can tell she cares about her patients… So I feel blessed to have met her

She tried 2 different catheters for my BCG treatment. She failed after about 20 attempts which caused me tremendous pain. Another nurse came in and told her that she was using the wrong catheter. The new nurse trained her on the correct procedure for inserting the catheter. I do not want nurse Heald to treat me in the future. This was the second visit with her that caused me lots of pain.

Thorough, pleasant, good listener. Felt I got individualized care. Appreciated she took a minute to help with a small matter not in her main wheelhouse.
