Very present throughout entire visit (not everyone is these days). Really listened to my symptoms and heard my concerns. Very thorough explanation of next steps, all the options and risk. Made sure every question I had got addressed.

She was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. She also provided me with an alternative cpap mask to try since the version I am using is no longer being made.
