I am concerned about Nurse Practitioner Soyoung Seo’s medical abilities after my appointment with her. She made several mistaken claims about my medical history, like referring to a singular test I have had done as a “recent test” compared to a previous one which had never occurred. When I pointed this out, she could not follow what I was saying. She contradicted my usual neurologist at a further location multiple times. She told me that my birth control was no longer efficient with my new medication, which is NOT something any previous medical professional has told me, and is a concern I’ve brought up and never been told there would be an issue. She then assumed I was sexually active and told me to use condoms quite bluntly, which just seemed like bad bedside manner. To make things worse, she tried telling me that the previous test I had done had 0 issues when the entire reason I was at this appointment was because there were issues. 1000 characters is not enough for all the issues.
