I was so nervous. I’ve only had bad experiences in regards to women’s health. She was so comforting and reassuring. And explained everything I had questions about.
My call was to go over blood work that I got done on March 4th, and she said she would call me to go over the results, which never happened until finally I called and made a telehealth appointment (the appt for today). The appointment today was so incredibly frustrating and discouraging. I have had great experiences with Soquel in the past. Back in 2023, she diagnosed me with PCOS and helped me get a hysterectomy. Today she told me that there was no sign of PCOS I mentioned and that my labs were great.. like she wasn't the one who told me I had PCOS, then the issues I described having, she said she can't help me and recommended I go to the store and get some eastern medicine supplements, which is a method I know a lot of people take, but gave me NO information other than the names of the meds and told me to let her "know how it goes".
She's very gentle and considerate.
Super knowledgeable and has clear communication and goodlistening with patients. I had an apptmt today and could not believe how much we got done and I left very clear about my next steps. Also. She makes one feel comfortable as did her trainee.
