Sophie Groves, CPNP-PC, is a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner seeing patients at the Murrells Inlet location. Sophie joined Sweetgrass Pediatrics in January 2026 and is passionate about disease prevention, health promotion, and improving health literacy for children and families. Her clinical interests include pediatric cardiology, nutrition and physical activity, and newborn care—helping new parents feel confident and supported. Originally from the Detroit area, Sophie recently moved to the Myrtle Beach area to be with her fiancé, Will.
