Almost an hour past appointment before being called back to the exam room. You want us to be there 15 minutes early and we were there. Totally unacceptable for any service and I hope something is done to make improvements. Also, I saw Dr. Kirby, not Sonja.

She’s a very sweet and caring doctor she really really wants to know how you feel and I’m always honest with her. Unfortunately for now I’m having to leave the pain clinic because I’m released to go to work I’m blessed for that but I sure will miss seeing her❤️

She is awesome, seen her today for the first time and very impressed. have had chronic neck pain for about 14 years now..never would go away..pain has been from mild to severe…pain went away before I could check out.. ( I have been to so many specialists over all these years..) I have been so discouraged over the years and just about gave up… The only reason I went today was because.. I had a bad ear ache..thought something was wrong with my ear..My ear was fine..the pain was coming from behind my ear (nerves in my neck,head,ear, and shoulder..
