Almost an hour past appointment before being called back to the exam room. You want us to be there 15 minutes early and we were there. Totally unacceptable for any service and I hope something is done to make improvements. Also, I saw Dr. Kirby, not Sonja.

The depth of her concern and care really made me feel like I have somebody in my corner willing to get to the bottom of my pain from a coccyx fracture that is still broke 16 weeks later. I have a lot of faith in my care when it comes to me being a patient if hers.

She is awesome, seen her today for the first time and very impressed. have had chronic neck pain for about 14 years now..never would go away..pain has been from mild to severe…pain went away before I could check out.. ( I have been to so many specialists over all these years..) I have been so discouraged over the years and just about gave up… The only reason I went today was because.. I had a bad ear ache..thought something was wrong with my ear..My ear was fine..the pain was coming from behind my ear (nerves in my neck,head,ear, and shoulder..
