Shelly is so personable and makes you feel heard when it comes to your concerns and questions relating to both your physical and mental health. She doesn’t make you feel crazy even though you might be ;)
I would have given a 5 star rating but I was told I would be given a call about the results in the afternoon and have not heard anything back. Possibly I missed the call. Other wise a 5 star rating
Shelly is the best! She has a gift for listening to the patient and involving them in the care plan and giving options for how to move forward.
