She was pretty dismissive of the pain that I was experiencing. Didn’t seem to bother her that I had trouble getting on the table.
Really nice and explained things well
My first visit with her. She listened carefully, asked good questions, and followed up next day with test results. I will never go anywhere else! 5 stars.
She made me feel like I was nobody. I had to keep asking her what she said because I had forgotten my hearing aids and I told her you know I’m so sorry. I forgot my hearing aids and she just kind of looked at me like almost like rolling her eyes. I almost started crying. I asked her could I leave a message for Dr. Carter? She said well Dr. Carter’s are not here today. Well, what’s that got to do with leaving her a message? I have forgotten my Hearing Aids before and the other nurses or nurse practitioner said oh that’s all right I’ll talk louder for you. No problem, but not this one. I’m sorry I never complain about anybody, but this woman was having a bad day maybe and she took it out on me. I felt like. I would not recommend her.

Polite professional. Good eye contact and verbal engagement. Said she didn’t think it was a fracture but a sprain. Physical examination minimal. Imaging revealed fx. I Know difficult to dx. Just feedback for HCH to process .
