Sheela’s the best BCG administrator. In my opinion she should be giving the other administrators a lesson on the proper procedures. This could only make your practice better. Isn’t that what it’s all about!!!
It was a little embarrassing but Sheela put me at ease through the procedure. Everything was explained and adjustments were made for my situation. Very professional.

What could have been a stressful procedure was not stressful due in large part to Sheela’s calm and professional demeanor.
Provider did not follow through with the prescriptions we discussed and I spoke with the registrar they followed up with her and she said she was only going to provide the super-bill and no prescription as discussed. She also was very dismissive of symptoms even though a had valid pain and concerns. I ended up having to go back for the ER. Definitely not a provider I would see again and wish Jacky was still a provider at the practice. I also feel there is a strong language barrier.
