Doesn’t listen. Seems to have his mind made up prior to entering exam room. Very aloof. Monotone when speaking. Everything he said was like canned texts. At the end of the visit he said, if you are not better in a few days then you can return. In a lot of cases that could be appropriate, like when using antibiotics, but not in n my case. I guess if I did return I would be taken care off by someone else more qualified.

I never go to the doctors unless I feel something is really off. Staff unfriendly. Did not address why I came. Asked me if I wanted steroids inhaler or call back Friday? Still feel like elephant is sitting on my chest!

Not very personable. Told me I should go to ER. Or maybe I should go to Franciscan Health where my other doctors are. That there was nothing he could do for me. What are you supposed to do when you can't breathe and the person you are seeing makes you feel like you are a nobody.

I returned to walk in clinic remembering the NP said to do so if my flu symptoms worsened., two NPs consulted and examined me and discovered a secondary virus causing my pain. I was given prescriptions to pick up, information and a plan to recovery. They tag teamed and took my health care very seriously. I’m grateful.
