Shauna was great. Explained things so I could understand them. She listened to me as well. Very pleased with my visit with her.
My recent visit to CVM in which I saw Shauna was a visit in which I had several questions regarding symptoms I was experiencing. We had a productive discussion and she has directed me to a couple of tests to clarify my symptoms. She listened to my reasoning and presented to me positive feedback.
It would have been nice if Shauna would have introduced herself upon entering the examine room and would have had on hand the CT scan results to show me instead of just stating that there was some partial collapse of the abdominal vein. How much of a collapse, 1%, 5%, 10,%, 30%, etc. How serious is the situation. She didn’t seem to know the units used to measure leg vein diameter and couldn’t locate previous test results but she did agree to investigate that and get back to me - no word yet. So it was a somewhat disappointing review which is about what I expected.
Where do I begin...Shauna is amazing. She listens, always ask the right questions, kind, empathetic and thorough. I look forward to seeing her at my appointment! She contributes so much to the patients, CVM and represents Dr. Padaria very well. She is more than a "5", she is a "10"!
