Person centered and truly caring for me as a person; not just a patient.
Efficient and personable
Perhaps she was not having a good start to her day but I felt like I was stuck in a disagreement between my her and my primary care provider. Not a desirable situation with me having surgery in 4 days. I’ll give her grace, out of character based on other interactions, but certainly not reassuring for me and my wife.

I don’t feel like I received any results from my appointment. Not sure why I went for the consultation because I received a letter with the information about my veins.

Only thing I would suggest is unless there is an issue that needs discussed, any 'everything's okay" office calls could be done online, saving trips and costs.
