3 stars are for Gastro care. Terrible customer service. Not much improvement from when they were Reddy GI. Always a delay in getting an RX filled. Is it possible to submit a pre auth with the RX? Always a hold up. Phones are rarely answered. You have to leave a message. At least 1 hour wait time when you arrive. Yet you’re allowed a 15 minute grace period. Do better.
